As a member of the National Counselling Society and the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, I offer therapy/counselling sessions for individuals and couples and can help with a wide range of issues using a highly adaptable, sympathetic approach and effective techniques that have been proven to help with difficulties such as: relationship problems, anxiety, depression, addictions, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD and more...

These techniques include:

  • Insight - Solution
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
  • MBCT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy)
  • Mindfulness and Meditation

Mandala is situated on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon in a lovely rural location only a few minutes from the A38, serving Plymouth, Ivybridge, Exeter, Cornwall and all surrounding areas. Ample free parking is provided with disabled access and facilities.
